Mr Dumain, if you allowed me to answer,

Jep. US should withdraw its troop and regime of 1968 should restore in Iraq. In 1968 CIA organize a revolt or coup d'état which caused that Saddam received post of vice president. After that Saddam has been loyal lap-dog for US until 1990.

And further more US should withdraw its troops from Europe too and mercifully give to Europe its true independence which is sovereignty in defence affairs.
