Dear Colleagues, Please find attached an essay titled “From
Keynesianism to Neo-liberalism: Shifting Paradigms in Economics.” The essay explores the rise of neo-liberalism, and focuses
on intellectual divisions among Keynesians which facilitated this rise. These
divisions are still present and explain some of the differences which divide old
and new Democrats in the A major public policy challenge is how to fashion accessible
