Dear Colleagues,
Cristel de Rouvray who is at the LSE is trying to put together a panel "empirical work and the meaning of evidence" for the HES Meetings to beheld at Victoria University, Tornoto, Canada on 25-28 June 2004. One paper will be on "cliometrics and what counts as evidence", a second paper is a "critique of ideal modelling." Cristel would like to have a third paper dealing with "qualitative evidence, historical modelling, and such like". If anybody is interested in presenting such a paper, please contact Cristel at c.a.de-rouvray@xxxxxxxxxx Information about the HES 2004 Conference can be found at http://www.eh.net/HE/HisEcSoc/.
