Thanks for the summary. I'm glad I didn't go after reading all that. But
then again, there always are the sessions organized by AFEE, URPE and
others.

Yet even as the mainstream charges ahead, some of its Nobel winners like
North now publicly eschew the rational choice model.

It is as if the mainstream never bothers to read and incorporate its own
research.
