What was the first edition of "Manias", 1978? I wonder if Minsky was
cited in the first edition or only in the subsequent ones?

Not only anticipated but drew on heavily as well.
Minsky's arguments are central to _Manias, Panics,
and Crashes, and Minsky is duly cited there.

Yes, certainly one of the greats, no doubt, and anticipating some very
Minskian insights. At the Heilbroner 'retirement' at the New School,
the first day's panel was Kindleberger, Tobin, Samuelson, John Kenneth
Galbraith (w/ Eatwell moderating). Kindleberger and JKG were by far the
