Bill - Despite the title, Gruchy's book is definitely about OIE, not
NIE. "Neo-Institutional" was once used to denote contemporary followers
of Veblen, Dewey, Commons, etc. Marc Tool, e.g., called his own work,
definitely OIE, "neo-institutional." This was before NIE, so the
confusion wasn't a concern. Similarly, Joan Robinson and other Cambridge
economists at one time called their own work neo-Keynesian, I believe.
