Gov't Spending to Improve US, too.

Why can't a number of voices on PKT take this as a
starting point and maintain a coherent discussion
leading to an agenda for change to do what Paul
says?  If we did, we might have a petition worthy
of all the scholarship here -- and focused on reality.
