Re: What is Full Employment?
I'd offer a public service job to anyone willing and
able to work and then manage policy by, among other
things, counting bodies in the elr 'pool,' measuring
other outputs, etc.- the normal stuff- and forget
about the word 'unemployment' the way I don't use the
word 'money.'
