      See the book _Modeling Dynamic Economic
Systems_ by Matthias Ruth and Bruce Hannon,
1997, New York: Springer-Verlag.  Not only
does it use Stella throughout for modeling
economic and combined ecologic-economic
systems, but it even comes with a CD-ROM
for running its models in Stella.
