Dear Colleagues,

ICAPE is again sponsoring a cooperative booth at the upcoming ASSA meetings. As before, we are counting on ICAPE volunteers - that?s YOU! - to help us staff the booth. If you are willing to help, please take a look at the schedule below and let me know which time slot(s) you?ll be able to cover (j.harvey@xxxxxxx). Many thanks in advance for this!

We will be in Booth 103 in the Exhibition Area (Hall D of the Washington Convention Center) during the following hours:

Friday, January 3 (9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Saturday, January 4 (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Sunday, January 5 (9:00 - 1:00 pm)

All ICAPE affiliates are welcomed to display materials at this booth (informational pamphlets, calls for papers, sample journals, and so on). I hope that your group will take advantage of this unique opportunity.

If your group would like to participate, please bring your materials to the booth at any time during the above-listed hours.

Space will be limited, so something in the range of 100-200 pamphlets or 5-10 sample journals would be best.

Please be sure to retrieve extra copies of your materials no later than noon on Sunday, January 5. Anything not collected by noon on Sunday will be destroyed.
