That is ridiculous.  If true, I would bet that whoever did

the simulation forgot to vary the "seed" of the random

number generator, so they received the same results

each time.

They found a unit root EACH time.  Would you expect anything else from two
columns of random numbers? Even a type II error is unlikely in this case
because one KNOWS the columns are made solely of random numbers!
