The Department of Economics invites applications for all ranks for a
tenure-track position focused on energy, environmental economics and/or
sustainable development.  Our ideal candidate is a mid-career scholar,
with both an established research agenda focused on electricity and a
strong teaching record, capable of providing leadership in building a
program founded on our emerging interests and strengths--both
institutionally and regionally--in electricity, energy, renewable
resource management, conservation and sustainable development.
Compensation will be competitive, with a negotiable support package to
include research, program and administrative support.  Portland State
