Tenure Track Position in Economics

G0 Financial Economics

The Department of Economics has a tenure track opening at the level of
assistant professor in Corporate Finance and Comparative Financial
Systems beginning in Fall 2003. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in
economics or anticipate completing the Ph.D. by August 2003. In addition
to courses in finance, applicants will be expected to teach econometrics
and introductory and/or intermediate microeconomic theory.

Connecticut College is a private, highly selective college with a strong
commitment to the liberal arts tradition and an emphasis on broad
interdisciplinary teaching and research. The College is an AA/EO
employer and is engaged in further diversifying its faculty, staff and
student body. It is therefore desirable that faculty candidates have the
ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
