Take two periods, 1 and 2.  If c1=c2, N1=N2, UNLESS D2>D1,
so that there is effective demand for a potential
(Z2-D2)>(Z1-D1).



"D1, D2" as in total effective demand periods one and two,
so better D_1 and D_2.

Take two periods, 1 and 2.  If c_1=c_2, N_1=N_2,

UNLESS D_2>D_1, so that there is effective demand

for a potential (Z-D)_2 > (Z-D)_1.
