(Fwd) Tinbergen on shipbuilding

Some time ago someone asked for information on Tinbergen's
articles on shipbuilding.  I forwarded the request to my colleague
who was on sabbatical in the Netherlands and, as he explains, I
just got back  his response.  If this is what was requested, whoever
asked for it could let me know that it is what was desired so I could
inform my colleague that his efforts were not in vain.

Some time ago you forwarded to me a PEN or PKT request from someone
in Japan or Korea (I think) about an English version of Tinbergen's
work on shipbuilding. You know that I had trouble reconnecting to the
internet here in The Netherlands; as a consequence I lost all old
email and addresses.
I now have the following information and would appreciate if you
could post that for whomever made the request. Thanks for your help.
