Re: Does capitalism really need growth to survive?
Were Keynes estimates (jointly with R. Stone) of the post war national income carried out for employment purposes (1942) also measured in wage units?.
If you note in the GT, income is measured in wage unit-employment terms --
not "Real" GDP or GNP terms; why? [The anwser is that it is a general
theory of EMPLOYMENT determination, not a general theory of Income
Determination.]
