Re: City of Beijing announces Job Gaurantee

And what type of jobs can the city offer that it could not provide through its

Dear Sven
I note the change in rhetoric. Those opposed to something often try to divide.
As I understand it, and being a central player in it, there is very little
of substance to
differentiate the JG or the ELR. Terminology across the Pacific is the
biggest difference.
Both are systems of price stability which generate full employment.

So don't create false divisions.

And I imagine the jobs the city can offer follow a principle
of community welfare maximisation will be entirely different to those that
might emerge
from a principle of private profit maximisation (which they presumably
decided for whatever
stupid reason to impose on the former state enterprises). Work can become
broader and
more liberating.

best wishes
