You do it by changing the accounting of taxes previously
accounted as if they were wages and change them to taxes
that are accounted as fixed costs of maintaining ownership
of the production facility. Just do the simple task as
described numerous times. The rest of your complaint is just
obfuscation to avoid admitting that all the folderol put
forward by economists ignores the simple truth that the form
of taxes has a substantial effect on an economy and the
better form is taxes that resolve to fixed c costs of
production.
