There is a post-Keynesian defense of minimum wage in an article
by Mario Seccareccia (in French) in a French Language journal,
the name and date of which escapes me. (I have just a draft copy
of it at the office.)  I think Mario is on the list but if not, some one
else on the list may have the exact reference or you could contact
Mario directly at the University of Ottawa, Canada.
