What do Keynesians think about Minimum Wage?
Dear List,
I have been on this list since December 2001 enjoying the email exchanges.
I am taking a graduate course in the history of economic thought. For an assignment I am writing a paper on the history of theoretical arguments advanced in favor of the minimum wage.
As far as Keynesians, Weir M. Brown's (1940) paper in the AER seems to be important. Can anyone tell me any other Keynesians who liked or disliked minimum wages?
Thanks,
Tom
