I have finally found out what happened.  Apparently after I retired (not quite
voluntarily) from teaching in Fall 2001, my web page was erroneously deleted.
It has now been restored at a slightly different address.

This has encouraged me to update the web page to put on it several articles I
have recently finished.  Hopefully this updating will be completed by mid
February.
Is there anything that people out there want me to put on the website for
downloading?
