I guess I was assuming too much about the state of your knowledge when I stated this. By "neoliberal state" I was refering to the state that results from IMF-sponsored neoliberal policies. Clearly not the USA state! Secifically, I was refering to the Argentine state (which I should have stated), in which case the above statement continues to hold.

I will try to be more specific in the furutre to spare the list and myself from your vitriolic rants.
