Paul,

I look forward to your book. I sure hope there will be a paperback version,
though. At Elgar's outrageous hardcover prices, only the non-orthodox
wealthy few and some library might be able to purchase it. If most p-K
literature weren't hobbled by exorbitant prices it might have already
displaced the orthodoxy for good!
