Since that cannot be a logical `should' what is it: a moral
imperative?

  All birds fly.                          (Well just suppose it.)
  Therefore beaks cause flying ...

How about if you start by offering a list of a modern (your
insistence...) economies that do not collect taxes...

In the meantime, you might try discussing Paul's example seriously.
