My point below was that minimum wage proposals have not emerged from an _actual_ president. I was not talking about presidential campaigns.
Re. the reserves, I will see if I can dig up the recent article which stated that reserves were less than M1.

Actually, that or similar language was used by the previous De la Rua administration during the electoral campaign of 1999, and by Menem, in 1989 (the so-called 'salariazo'). I hope (and actually think that) this time it is more than words.
