In my book POST KEYNESIAN MACROECONOMIC THEORY chapter  on my IMCU scheme as
well in as in my article on whether plumbers or financial archiotects are
needed to resolve the international payments problem in the June 2000 issue of
WORLD DEVELOPMENT.  I recommend this issue onF WORLD DEVELOPMENT tyo all for
it has a sym posium including articles by Eichengreen and Tobin, and Adelman,
and Stiglitz, and Stan Fischer and myself and others on these problems. It
provides the reader with a well balancved coverage of all views.  It is a MUST
read!
