Perhaps the clearest statement regarding comparative vs absolute advantage is
in an article I wrote in 1999 entitled "Global Macro-Policies For Reducing
Persistent High Unemployment Rates in OECD Countries" published in a book
entitled MACROECONOMIC CAUSES OF UNEMPLOYMENT: DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPY
RECOMMENDATIONS edited by W. Filc and C. Koehler.
This article is reprinted in the third volume of my collected writings -- the
volume is entitled UNCERTAINTY, INTERNATIONAL MONEY, EMPLOYMENT AND THEORY
edited by Louise Davidson (Macmillan, 1999 in the UK and St Martin's Press in
the US)
