Aren't you assuming that micro and macro issues can be cleanly
separated?

Also, the extent FT and, more importantly, CA are micro based, are
they micro enough? That is, why do the arguments commonly stop at the
doors of the firm? Ricardo pretty much treated the firm as a black box
in his articulation of CA, no? Doesn't that abstract away too much
especially as efficiency arguments can't be separated from social and
ecological relationships both internal and external to the firm?
