The media is reporting that the suicidal suspects were trained by the US
Navy.  There are also reports that US banks helped laundry bin Laden's money.
What is the defintion of "harbor"?  The CIA was training bin Laden and the
Taleban way before anyone else helped them.  Sounds increasing like what Pogo
said: The enemy is us.
