I agree, but I have two questions:
i. Is anyone in contact with David Noble, and
ii. if so are they aware of how he wd like the
profession to be responding?

I will add a 3rd: can someone post the email addresses
of involved parties (e.g. Stevenson)?  Unless David
Noble objects, I think it is important to communicate
how this affects the reputation of SFU.
