Who coined Liquidity Trap?

Keynes' Liquidity Preference is often called the liquidity Trap (or, I
suppose to be more precise, the liquidity preference leads an economy into
the liquidity trap). Who coined the phrase Liquidity Trap? I can not find
any citation nor credit. Working on a paper for economics class and this
would be real helpful.
