Speculative Finance
SPECUALTIVE FINANCE:
A rough proposal for a new system of national finance
for financing growth.
* Taxation is credit issued by the people for use by
the Government
* Government has the duty to collect taxes.
* Government has the duty to pay interest
to the people.
* Government shall finance the above interest payments
by selling bonds.
* Government shall speculate (currency trade) to finance
the interest payments to bond holders.
