On Credit Cards

I think credit card owners should be expected to have insurance,
and perhaps they should be licensed by the government like car owners.
Like most drivers who see themselves as good drivers, credit card
holders see themselves as good credit risks. However, just as people
with a spotless driving record can experience misfortune so too can people
with a spotless credit record.
