If you can find your last email, is your last quote from Keynes or
Skidelski? "Easy money men who believed interest rates should be driven
down to zero, and then if not expansionary, government deficit spending on
capital account should be resorted to (socialization of investment)"  Can
you give me a source?


I think I must try to write a piece on the demand for money.
