Foreign Investment in USA
Does any body know how much income (as percentage of GDP) is receiving the
USA each year from its investments abroad?. Because of its investments
abroad, the economy of the USA can have enormous and persistent current
account deficits.
The lower the interest rates, the lower the perception of foreign income
(please correctme if I have a squared idea), and maybe it would turn
unsustainable the CA dèficit and would induce the government to take some
conservative actions while planning on the growing of the economy.
