Until you become willing to read them,
and thus learn what they actually say,
you should restrain your commentary.
And I mean read presentations of the actual
research, not the simplified online textbook presentations
that have extremely limited pedagogical goals. I am *not*
suggesting that one must acquire the skills to
read the actual research papers. Articles such
as those in the Journal of Economic Perspectives
are very accessible to non-specialists.
