chaotic dynamics

Pete's return address bounced my
mail, so I'm sending it to the
list.

Marc will be a good guide to this
literature. Have you looked at
Richard Day's work? Barkley Rosser's
book? (I believe there's a new
edition.) Oh, for general background I
like Sandefur's text, which draws quite
a few examples from the social sciences.

You might also want to see Carla Feldpausch's
dissertation, which addressed a number of
related methodological issues.

I should say that while I find this stuff
methodologically interesting, I don't believe
it has shaped my views on anything of policy
significance. (Barkley's chance to pounce . . .)
