I've used Snowden, et. al., in a senior seminar with some success.  I
would hesitate, though, unlike Louis-Phillipe, to use it at the
intermediate level.  I think that students need a good foundation in
Keynes and modern macroeconomic thought before they tackle this work,
since it is so full of information.

Louis-Phillipe--How are you using Galbraith and Darity?  I thought
that book was out of print, and had been for some
time--unfortunately for us!!
