Re: endogenous trade policy

hi all
hope everyone had a great weekend!

anyway
l was just wondering/hoping/praying that someone
on this list knew of  any good  journal articles that
addressed the issue of endogenous trade policy.
so far l've had a look at a few articles mainly in the
Public Choice journal and the Journal of International
Economics, but they seem to be very econometrics based
and don't really deal with the issue that l want to look at.
what l am interested in is
	-how multinational corporations are the real beneficiaries
	 of "free trade"
	- and whether there is a correlation between what
	multinationals want and the trade policies we
	ultimately end up with/or move towards

l don't know if that is exactly "endogenous trade policy"
but....
if someone can help
l'd really appreciate it
