My publisher wants names of potential reviewers for my heterodox textbook
for "Survey of Economics" courses. Current drafts of the finished/partially
finished chapters are online at:
http://online.bcc.ctc.edu/econ100/ksttext/index.htm
Of course we would be looking for reviewers with institutionalist and/or PK
leanings.
