I just mean excess capacity is indicative of excess demand.
Demand can be regulated by man but supply must always be taken
as a given (by God). Demand or "the cup"
is deficient when our "cup runneth over" and excessive as our
"cup becomes dry". Man makes the cup and God fills it wisely.
If the cup is too big or too small that is man's doing.
