RE: Rosser and Phillips on economics and war



Colleagues:

For what it is worth...

I think that the discussions of the possible political-economic factors
influencing the US/NATO decision to go to war as well as the economic
consequences of whatever postwar arrangements are to be made seem a
legitimate topic for this list.  Such phenomena were certainly of interest
to Keynes, and central to his contributions to political economy.

Also, I find them interesting in and of themselves.
