And then cites my lengthy post of yesterday, which I have snipped here for
reasons of brevity since anyone can read it from yesterday, or in Barkley
Rosser's most recent post.
First, that post went out seconds before I received Ric's request not to post
any more additional posts on this subject. I think that was clear from the
timing of the message. Since immediately after I sent that post I recieved Ric's
request, I have not since posted on the subject.
Second, I am indeed interested in responding to Barkeley Rosser's post of
yesterday regarding the political economy of the war in the Balkans and was
intending to do so in the next couple of days. A previous post made many of the
same points I had intended to make, and thus, I thought I would wait and see
what evolved. I was also waiting to see whether or not it would be agreed that
this was an allowable thread, since there seemed to be some discussion as to
whether or not the political economy of the war thread should be followed.
Third, I will be quite happy to continue this topic and provide citations off
the newsgroup.
