An Oxymoron
So, if anybody knows about a good "New Keynesian/Monetarist" text book that
focuses on the open economy, I would like to know and would indeed be very
grateful!
"a good New Keynesian/Monetarist" text book" is an oxymoron if by good you
mean one that has some application to the real world in which we live.
If you want a good textbook that covers mainstream economics and explains
its errors as well as providing economics for the real world try POST
KEYNESIAN MACROECONOMICS by P. Davidson (Elgsar, 1994).
