One of Paul Krugman's uses is the breadth of examples that he draws
on. His description of the taxi system in Prague goes a long way to
explain why Klaus is an ex-prime minister of Czechoslovakia.
When ideologues like Radu are reduced to quoting failed politicians
one senses that their case is truly bankrupt,
