Re: A Savings-Free Economy
Mason's idea (or spoof) to make money depreciate on
schedule contrasts with the opposite -- my idea (not
a spoof) to make money hold steady or appreciate
over time as economies of scale may permit. Both
ideas aim at the same outcome -- a more perfect
union with liberty and justice for all. So let us try
my idea here and Mason's in Europe where the new
euro will be easy to date. Both economies will be
fairly comparable, and the empirical test will show
which way to go in a reasonably short time. Mason
will be happy to visit Europe to help with all the
details -- under a euro (not dollar) contract as
consultant.
