This is an excellent starting point for any Theory of Value that is
going to be universal and all inclusive. It is vastly moreusefull than
a Labour Theory of Value and a Market dependent Theory of Value in that
it isn't limited.
All persons are included. Wealth speaks of collective as well as
private wealth. Wealth also speaks to the environment which is part of
the Common Weal.

Possibly substituting one person one vote (all persons ... without any
restrictions on age or intelligence) universally would ground such a TOV
in the political/legal process. A must if we are to have the mega
governance that the European and American trends are setting.

Ah yes, the manifestations of those alternate TOV's on which we build
our economic house.

I would prefer inclusion rather than leveling as a criteria for
effectiveness. Inclusion permits of individual differences while being
aware of the overall health of the collective akin to how Carl Schurz
defines Ideals .... they're like the stars ... not yet attainable but
useful in the charting of our course.

Anyway, I liked the direction of your thrust in this posting John.
