The Euro Union is going to run into the same problems as the
reconstituted Russian Union. One thing I doubt that the sage advisors
are not considering is the very different Structures of the member
Unionizing Nations in Europe and the Regions in Russia.

Without Structural considerations during the processes of uniting
(EUros) and Re-uniting (Russia) there are going to be some extreme
integration problems in both instances.

Projecting for and modifying the procedures is of course, a belief in
ergodicity, which is clearly not in vogue yet apparently (according to
numbers I see) lurking about.

Anyway my personal interest in this message is to see if I can get
removed from the list in my old persona (I have been receiving messages
but have been unable to send under the old e-mail address) and retained
under my new address (I'm now getting two of every message when one is
often more than I want).

And to go on record in this new line of discourse.

Ric or Gary could you please help me.
