Easterns

I have put together two sessions at the Easterns.  The first is on the
demand for money in post-Keynesian theory.  Presenters are Peter Howells,
Marc Lavoie and myself.  The session is presided by Alain Parguez.
Commentators include, to date, Paul Davidson (provided there is no
scheduling conflict).

The second session is a round table discussion on the theory of the monetary
circuit.  There are no papers, but presenters will have 10-13 minutes to
offer comments.  Presenters include Ed Nell, Alain Parguez, Riccardi
Bellofiore, Mario Seccareccia, and possible Bernard Valegeas (subject to
confirmation).  The presentations will be followed by comments by Davidson
(same caveat as above applies), and possible Kregel.

I am also interested in organizing a third session on endogenous money.  My
own paper would be on Robinson (1956) and Khan (1958) versus Minsky (1957)
and Kaldor (1958).  If there are others who are interested in presenting
something, please let me know as soon as possible.
