There's a discusion of the post keynesian view in Stewart Clegg et al
"Class, politics and the economy" (1986, RKP) pp.311-318.

There's also Eichner's "The megacorp and oligopoly" (1976) and Joan
Robinson's "Inflation west and east" reprinted in "Collected Economic Papers
vol 5" and Eileen Appelbaum's article in "Challenge" (1979) reprinted in
Eichner's "A guide to post keynesian economics".

All these argue that the institutional power of labour and capital was able
(by the 1970s) to push up wages or prices irrespective of unemployment or
falling sales revenues.
